Primarch of the fiery-hearted Salamanders, Vulkan is always on hand to be called on when needed, as implacable and devastating as the fires of the turbulent world he called home. Here depicted holding his mighty hammer Dawnbringer aloft, Vulkan is also armed with the Furnace’s Heart – a custom-forged bolter bequeathed to him by Ferrus Manus. A heady painting challenge for expert Warhammer hobbyists, Vulkan’s Draken Scale armour is bedecked with fine detail. The skull of the great firedrake Kasare is mounted upon one shoulder, while a drake-scale cloak flows in the primarch's wake. Vulkan comes with a 40mm gaming base that fits into a larger 60mm display base that portrays a war-torn environment and two fallen Space Marines. This 21-part resin kit is supplied with a 40mm gaming base, which slots into a 60mm scenic diorama base for display. This miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel paints. This resin modelling kit is not a toy – it is a collectable item and construction should only be undertaken by expert Warhammer hobbyists aged 15 years and over.
